Most dealer contact lists have similar problems: invalid emails, missing business information, and addresses that quietly damage your sender reputation every time you hit send. And nobody likes maintaining lists — they’d rather be demoing or selling.

Our Dealer News Database — DSS’s own database of verified franchised dealership contacts — cross-references your submitted list to identify bad addresses, add missing fields, and return a cleaner, more deliverable file.

What you get back: every record from your list flagged as valid, invalid, inactive, unknown, or undeliverable — plus updated Dealership Name, Brand, Title, and Department where available. Bounce-type explanations are included so you know exactly why an address failed.

Pricing: $10 per 1,000 records, $99 per 10,000 records — mix both to match your total volume. Example: 54,000 records = 5 × $99 + 4 × $10 = $535, about a tenth of a cent per contact. The $10 entry point also lets you evaluate our work on a small sample first.

Need emails added? Opt in to have us match missing business emails at $0.55 per successful match (personal domains like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook aren’t eligible). Because matches depend on your specific list, we won’t know the exact charge until we’ve processed it — you’ll be invoiced afterward for whatever we find.
