webDEALER | ePLATE is a system designed for Texas dealerships to electronically process vehicle title, registration, and license plates. The system makes license plate information available in near real-time to law enforcement. Beginning July 1, 2025, all licensed Texas dealers must use webDEALER to complete sales transactions. The system serves dealership operations. TxDMV offers 24/7 on-demand training videos and live webinars in English and Spanish covering system use, transaction types, and ePLATE plate assignments.
