DSS Lightning Search instantly finds AI-enabled software and service solutions for your dealership by solution name, vendor name, product category, keyword, or department. You'll see:
- The Solution name and Vendor (click to visit their site)
- The Departments served (e.g. Sales | F&I | Service) and the Major and Subcategories (e.g. CRM | Scheduling | Chat)
- Their AI ranking compared to 900+ solutions in this space, with a link to drill into detailed AI info by department.
- A full product description as well as a link to NADA information if they attended.
AI Rankings
Rankings are scored at the department level based on whether AI is present, what type (Assistive or Agentic), and its release status. Scores roll up through solution → vendor → parent entity and fall into four bands: Top 10%, Top 25%, Top 50%, and Below 50%.
The ranking index calculates only franchised auto dealer solutions, even though other solutions may be listed. Data is refreshed as vendors update their AI capabilities.
