General Operations Description
Finlen Warranty Processing is a third-party warranty processing company. We take on a position typically held at a dealership. We handle getting the dealership reimbursed for manufacturer warranty repairs. Meaning, if the vehicle is covered under the new vehicle warranty, parts warranty, recall, warranty extension, or special coverage we work with the dealership and Manufacturer to get the dealership paid for the work they performed.

We audit, code, submit, and track claims. Whenever possible, claims are submitted within 24 hours of receiving.
